Included in Your Standard Seasonal Contract:

  • 24/7 snow clearing for all snow events of 5cm or more between November 1, 2025, and April 1, 2026, including holidays and weekends.

  • Snowfall limit of 300cm; clients have the option to opt-out or be charged a surcharge of $1 per cm to a maximum of $50.

  • Minimum snowfall limit of 150cm; clients will receive a credit for each cm less than 150cm at a rate of $1 per cm to a maximum of $50.

  • Repeat clearings provided during heavy snow events and after City plows have passed.
