Mosquito vs. Mosquito & Tick Programs – Which One is Right for You?

We offer two targeted programs to help you enjoy a pest-free yard all season long.

How our Mosquito & Tick Control WorkS

Our seasonal mosquito and tick control service provides consistent, long-lasting protection for your home and family, reducing mosquito populations by at least 80% and minimizing tick activity in high-risk areas. We use all-natural treatments to create a safer, more comfortable outdoor space for you and your pets.

Here’s how it works:

First Application (Mid/Late May) – Timed with the growth of foliage, our initial treatment establishes a protective barrier around your property, targeting key mosquito resting areas and tick habitats.
Second Application (14 Days Later) – A follow-up re-spray reinforces the protective barrier and disrupts the development of new mosquito populations before they can multiply.
Ongoing Maintenance (Every 28 Days) – Three additional treatments throughout the season maintain effectiveness, with intervals adjusted based on weather and mosquito activity.

Once applied, the product dries within 30 minutes, becoming rainproof and safe for humans and pets to enjoy the outdoors.

Tick Control Add-On
If you opt for Tick Control, our treatments extend beyond mosquito-targeted areas to reduce tick populations on your lawn, near wooded areas, stone walls, ornamental plantings, and overgrown vegetation—common tick breeding grounds. These targeted applications help minimize the risk of tick-borne diseases and ensure a safer outdoor environment for your family and pets.

For best results, we also recommend simple landscape management practices, such as regular mowing, weed removal, and clearing leaf litter and debris. These practices further reduce tick-friendly environments around your home, enhancing the effectiveness of our treatments.
