Our first application typically occurs in mid/late May, coinciding with the growth of foliage on your property's trees and shrubs. Following this initial treatment, we return within two weeks for a re-spray to establish a robust defense against newly arriving mosquitoes. Subsequently, we revisit your property approximately every 28 days for re-application, with the exact interval varying depending on seasonal fluctuations in mosquito populations.

Once the product has dried (typically within 30 minutes), it becomes rainproof and safe for humans and pets to enjoy the outdoors.

If you opt for our Tick Control service, we extend our treatment to additional areas during each visit to effectively address tick populations. Specific attention is given to turf areas adjacent to forested regions, stonewalls, ornamental plantings, and other spots with overgrown vegetation, as these are common tick habitats. To further reduce tick habitat, we recommend implementing landscape management practices such as regular mowing and the removal of weeds, leaf litter, and debris where ticks tend to thrive.
