Hand shovelling of a standard walkway (driveway to front door) + area in front of the garage for all snowfalls with an accumulation of 5cm or more from November 1, 2026 to April 1, 2027. Hand shovelling will be performed for all snowfalls with an accumulation of 2.5cm or more between December 1, 2026 and April 1, 2027.
